Recipient address rejected : Access denied


If your new alias in Office365 gives this error simply follow below steps.

550 5.4.1 [alias@mydomain.com]: recipient address rejected: access denied

Please change the DomainType to InternalRelay and see if the problem occurs,

To do so, Login to ECP (outlook.office365.com/ecp) -> Mailflow -> AcceptedDomain -> Select Domain.com -> Change it to “InternalRelay”
